YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Every treatment journey begins with a comprehensive one-on-one assessment designed to understand your concerns, identify the factors contributing to your symptoms, and develop a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
(60 Minutes)
Your first visit is a comprehensive one-on-one assessment.
During your appointment, we will discuss your symptoms, injury history, overall health, activity level, and goals. A thorough physical assessment will then be completed to evaluate movement, strength, mobility, and any other factors relevant to your condition.
Following the assessment, you'll receive a clear explanation of our findings, an understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms, and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. When appropriate, treatment may begin during your first visit.
Our goal is for you to leave your appointment with answers, a plan, and confidence in your path forward.
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
(30 Minutes)
Follow-up appointments focus on progressing your treatment plan, monitoring your recovery, and helping you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.
Treatment may include education, exercise progression, manual therapy, dry needling, movement retraining, strength assessment, or other evidence-informed interventions based on your individual needs.
As you improve, your treatment plan will continue to evolve to ensure you are progressing toward your goals and returning confidently to the activities that matter most to you.
Please wear, or bring, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and provides access to the area being assessed.
For lower body concerns such as hip, knee, ankle, or running-related injuries, shorts are often helpful. For shoulder, neck, or upper back concerns, a tank top or loose-fitting shirt may be recommended. Athletic clothing is ideal for movement assessments.
A private space is available if you need to change before your appointment.
What Should I Wear?
If you are an existing patient seeking treatment for a completely new injury, condition, or area of concern, please book a new Initial Assessment.
This allows sufficient time to complete a thorough evaluation, establish an accurate diagnosis, and develop an appropriate treatment plan specific to your new concern.
If you're unsure which appointment type is right for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
